It was time for us to replace all the copiers on campus - about 25 of them - and also upgrade our print shop with one or two digital copiers, because all we had was an analog Xerox copier.  We needed more volume and capability for more electronic functions.  There were several bidders, but Kraft Business Systems and Panasonic had the best price and has provided a tremendous upgrade in the system's capabilities.  Kraft Business Systems was able to lower our per-copier price, reduce our copy cost and help us put together a lease program for an analog and digital copier in the print shop - all for less that we had been paying for just the Xerox analog copier. 

It has made a world of difference.  We can withstand much more volume, even during the busiest times of the semester, and the ability to do more work in-house has reduced our outside printing costs.  We can also submit orders electronically, which only increases as more people learn how simple and easy that is to do.

It all happened because Jeff worked so closely with us, learned about our needs and found a way to meet them.

I have been dealing with Kraft Business Systems for about two years.  I could not be more pleased with our relationship.  They have always been there when I needed them. 

Our district’s print center would not be in existence if it were not for Kraft Business Systems.  I had little or no experience with the equipment, but the Kraft Business Systems Staff was there every step of the way in helping me learn and use all the machines in the print center.  If I ever had a problem, they were only a phone call away.  Without exception, I received service almost immediately.  I have never missed a deadline on a printing order due to lack of service. 

With Kraft’s help, we have lowered the district’s copying costs significantly.  I look forward to working with Kraft Business Systems as our print center’s volume grows.  I know they will always be there when needed.  A special thank-you must go to Kendra and Scott for their patience and understanding dealing with my learning curve.
